So You Can Stop Selling to Crickets
Let’s be real for a second. You can have the prettiest website, the cleanest branding, and post like clockwork—but if your offer doesn’t actually match what your audience needs? It’s a wrap.
No clicks, inquiries, or sales.
And it’s not because you’re not talented. It’s because somewhere along the line, your offer became about what you wanted to sell rather than what your audience is ready to buy.
Let’s fix that.
The Problem: You’re Creating Offers Without Intention
Here’s how this usually plays out:
- You build an offer based on your skills (makes sense, but hold on)
- You price it based on what you think it’s worth (remember you’re worth more than that)
- You launch it, hoping people will “get it.”
And then…
Crickets.
Why? Because your audience is thinking:
- “Do I need this right now?”
- “Is this solving my actual problem?”
- “Is this for someone like me?”
If your audience has to think too hard, they’re out.
The Solution: Build Offers On Real Needs, Not Assumptions
Let’s tighten this all the way up with intention.
✅ 1. Start With the Problem, Not the Package
Your audience isn’t buying a service. They’re buying a solution to something that’s bothering them right now.
Here’s where your investigating comes in. So, ask them:
- What are they frustrated with?
- What’s taking them so long to decide?
- What do they keep putting off?
This is where your offer starts.
✅ 2. Match the Offer to Their Season
Everybody is not ready for your premium, all-inclusive, bells-and-whistles package.
Some people need:
- A quick win
- A starter option
- A “let me see if this works for me” entry point
Others are ready for:
- Full transformation
- Strategy + execution
- Long-term support
If your offer only speaks to ONE level, you’re leaving money on the table.
✅ 3. Make the Outcome Crystal Clear
“Website Design Package” is cute… but vague. (trust me, I know)
Try:
“A 5-Page Website That Positions You to Attract Paying Clients in 30 Days”
Now we’re talking.
Your audience should instantly understand:
- What they’re getting
- What it does for them
- Why it matters right now
✅ 4. Listen More Than You Talk
If you’re not paying attention to:
- Client questions
- DM conversations
- Discovery calls
…then you’re guessing. And guessing doesn’t pay bills.
Your audience is literally telling you what they need. You just have to stop talking long enough to hear it.
✅ 5. Test, Then Refine (Not the Other Way Around)
Stop waiting for the “perfect” offer.
Put it out.
Get feedback.
Adjust accordingly.
Your first version is data collection—not your final form.
Bottom Line:
If your offer doesn’t fit your audience, it won’t sell. Period. But when you align what you do with what they actually need?
✅ Sales feel easier
✅ Marketing feels natural
✅ And your income starts making a whole lot more sense
Your Challenge
Ask yourself: “Are my offers clear enough that someone instantly understands the value?”
If not, you’ve got some work to do. And once you nail that?
Your sales will feel easier and more consistent. Because you’re no longer guessing and being intentional about your offers.
🎯 If you’re done running in circles, it’s time to lead with clarity.
